Prevent employees from granting contact-level access to Customer Center?
We need to control which employees/roles can grant access to the Customer Center at a contact level but we still need for Support, for example, to be able to view which contacts have access and what custom Customer Center role is granted. In effect, we need a view/no edit of the contact sublist of the Access tab.
While we can disable the Give Access checkbox for the Customer-level, it appears there is no way to control at the contact level.
According to support our only option is to hide the Access tab completely from all users but those that are permitted to grant access.
