Attaching User Event script to static html page

My client wanted a static html landing page after completing a form.  Now they have decided it would be better to have the landing page render a few dynamic elements based on how the form was completed.

Is there a way to write a User Event script and deploy it to a plain html page(hosted in the NS file cabinet)?
