Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Translation Issues on Customised Reports
Hoping someone can help!
I have customised the detailed AR & AP report to exclude journals for the purposes of producing a cash flow forecast for the business. This works perfectly if you use NetSuite in English. Unfortunately if you use it in any other language the report doesn't exclude journals as the word journal has been translated into the local language and NetSuite therefore no longer recognises the filter.
Given that the filter is based on the transaction name, my expectation would be that NetSuite should still recognise the filter despite the language difference?
I have requested that this be logged as a defect but I have been told that it can only be an enhancement. Essentially this means that I am going to have to learn all of the languages that we operate in so that I can create the reports individually for those countries so that I can get the group data that I need.
