inbound SSO - an alternative?

Good morning,
I need to set-up Inbound Single Sign-On on several NS accounts, for customer support purposes, to connect to customers' NS account form our NS account, without knowing the username / password.

I tried to find an alternative solution to set up a customer NS account in a faster way, since the activation of this feature is a NS manual process for each account (I need to send the public/private keys to CertSignReq@netsuite.com and wait for confirmation).

I won't tell all the tries I've made, only the one that (I guess) is closer to the solution, but still not working:
