Auto Copy Employee on Case Closed

Good Morning All

I have been trying to find a method to have NetSuite automatically carbon copy the employee who created a case when a case is closed and can't seem to find a way to do it.

We operate with cases quite extensively and a large collection of teams utilize cases.  There is one team specifically that needs to be notified when a case is closed, but because of the sheer volume of cases and 90% of the teams not needing copied, it's often over-looked when a case is closed.

So I was hoping to find a method in NetSuite to do the following:
