Integer custom field sourced from a formula that subtracts dates
Hello,
I need to make a (Contract Item) custom field that computes the difference (in days) between other custom fields that are dates and then display that result on the customer record.
In pseudocode, the logic behind this field is as follows:
{custrecord_ci_enddate}-{custrecord_ci_renewal_processed_on} where {custrecord_ci_renewal_processed_on} is not empty, For where {custrecord_ci_renewal_processed_on} is empty, the value for days_to_renew should be N
