Work Flow issue
I am looking for some help on how to write a workflow. My workflow works - as long as I don't have a "condition" on it. We are looking to have an email be sent to a group of people when a field change happens on a sales order - so that our engineering group knows that they need to look at this order. We have a custom field set up on the sales order screen called "approved for production" this is a check-box field.
I created a work flow that is for everytime a sales order is entered or edited and the "approved for production" flag is not-checked, an email should go out. However, after I put in that condition, nothing happens.
