Customer # on child customers messed up?
Not sure if this is the correct category to post this in, but I have a bizarre one:
- we number our customers use auto-generated #s
- saved search on customers where Name/ID starts with "99" turns up random customers who do not start with 99. Commonality is that the non-99 ones that turn up seem to be children of other parents (also not starting with 99).
- This is similar to the fact that a customer list sorted by name/id has these random customers out of # sequence.
? Is this a NetSuite bug or a corruption somehow in a few customer records
? Any idea how to fix? Because I need for the customer # to work as advertised...
