Customer Aging History Report
Can anyone elaborate on the definition of the Customer Aging History Report?
Help provides a very vague description of what to expect on the report:
The Customer Aging History report shows the average time leads, prospects and customers are spending in each customer status. Leads, prospects and customers are shown for each sales rep in your sales hierarchy.
I expect with any other report in NetSuite, I can create a search and verify the contents of the report - although this is not true with the Customer Aging Report.
For example, the report tells me we have 5 companies in Prospect-Identified Decision Makers. But when I go to Lists>Relationships>Prospects>Search to locate these 5 records, no matches are found.
