Saved Search show differently on the Dashboard?!!?

I have a saved search that shows: Date, Type, Number, Customer Name, Item & Serial Number.
I also have this on my dashboard which works & shows fine, BUT on the AP clerks dashboard she can't see the serial numbers.  If she clicks on view she can see them & if she goes to the search she can see them.
WHY can't she see them on her Dashboard?
This has me baffled.
Any suggestions?
