Saved Search on Sales Orders outputs false item

I created a Saved Search to show details of all outstanding Sales Orders in NetSuite.  For some strange reason, my output is also including the line item "-Not Taxable-" for each Sales Order.  Does anyone know why this is?  We don't charge tax for any of our Sales Orders.

How can I eliminate this false item from my Saved Search report?
