Can't view saved search 2008??? Search set to public

Well today was the first day we are on 2008 and so far it appears to have some bugs.

I created a saved search, made it a public saved search in the admin roll however can't view it in any other roll.

Any suggestions..

BTW this is screwing up my kpi
