Search across multiple Forms

I have several different support forms that I use and I would like to be able to create a search that I can filter by form type.  For Example I have two support ticket forms Custom Form A and Custom Form B.  I want to create a search that only shows when people use custom form A but I cannot find out how to include the custom form field in a search.  Any help would be appreciated.
