Scheduled Emailing line items of 1 report to multiple recipients
I have a saved search of items that are currently on manufacturer-backorder (meaning, there is a supply problem at the manufacturer and the part is currently unavailable). I accomplish this with a checkbox and a date field for "expected to be available again on - date"
Every day, one of my tasks is to go through this list, filter out which items should be available again now based on the "expected to be available again on - date", group the parts by vendor, and email each vendor, copying and pasting that list of items into the email, asking for an availability update.
