Need To Compare Date Fields On Saved Search
We are a software company and want to run a saved search or report that tells us how many support cases have come in for a specific customer since they took our latest upgrade. Our customers do not all get our latest release at the same time. We want to see how that spike in support calls changes the longer they have had the new release.
I have a custom date field on the customer record called release application date, that we record the date they took their current release. I have another custom text field that I record which release they are currently on.
