PDF layout preference

Hi,

Does anyone meet below question?
there are NetSuite 5 users in one of our customer. but only one use can see it when customize a PDF layout template.
Go to Setup->customization->Transaction Form PDF Loyouts
click any customized form and go to custom PDF layout page. the problem is there is a big space on the left. even I select different pape size. I have to re-set all elements position one by one to arrange the correct position.


does anyone have a suggestion?
