SOAP Message for Inventory Item

Hi,

Can somebody post the SOAP message they send to get an Inventory Item?

When I send:

I get an "UNEXPECTED ERROR" back from NS.

I'm using PHP/NuSOAP so I have to build the XML by hand and I can't figure out all the xsds yet:(
