Connection Timeout

Hello,

I have had a webservices app that has been running for a few weeks.  This past weekend we were upgraded to 11.0.6.  When I came in on Monday the system made me change my password on the normal web UI.  I also use my logIn information as the WS login.  I changed my password in my WS program and now I get the following error any time I try to logIn via WS.  I can logIn via the UI just fine.  I have restarted everything on my end to ensure that no session variables are hanging around.  Anyone have any
