Territory assignment via webservices

Hi,

We have our leads coming into Netsuite via webservices integration.  Everything works fine except for the fact that our sales rep are not automatically asigned the leads as they are when the leads are put in manually.  I found no way to configure the terittory assignment list via webservices integration.  Anyone seen this before?

Help appreciated.
