Shipment Confirmation Email does not match order total - confusing
We have had several calls in the past 3 months because the shipping confirmation email that is sent automatically when an order is fulfilled has the price per item but it does not have the shipping charges, therefore the TOTAL shown does not match the original order confirmation.
This is confusing because clients called saying that we charge them more than we were supposed to and that is not the case, it's just that the shipping confirmation email shows the total WITHOUT the shipping charges.
How can this be fixed? Probably show the items being shipped but not the price?
Please advise.
