Dashboard Snapshot does not match Report - show/hide zeros problem
After many hours of troubleshooting, it appears to me that Dashboard snapshots are auto-configured to HIDE ZEROS. It further appears that this setting (a) is not taken from the report itself (which is configured to "show zeros"), and (b) is not configurable from the dashboard itself.
This doesn't work for us - the fact that hide zeros is hard coded into the dashboard snapshot.
In particular, I am focusing on a low stock/out of stock report that is one of our most important Dashboard snapshots, based on a customized "Quantity to Order" report, where all items "At or Below Reorder Point" is TRUE.
