Role no longer working
Hello,
My MD uses a custom role that has just, in the last 15 minutes, ceased to work.
What do I mean by that?
I mean the the role he uses every day will no longer allow him to log in.
I mean that I cannot add the role to his list of available roles (it doesn't appear in the dropdown list of roles).
I mean that no history of his having had the role exists.
Strangely, the role DOES exist in the list of roles, and it's not inactive.
If he logs in with any other role, then clicks Change Role, he can see the role there but cannot log into it.
