Error in Quota KPI Calculation

First, I must say that the U/I for Quota is among the worst I have ever seen.

Now, the bug. The problem is in calculating Quota KPI on the Sales Manager's dashboard with Employee = "Mine Only" and "My Team"

This is causing a huge problem with our sales staff since the Quota KPIs are wrong/inconsistent -- making them unusuable.

If you display both the Sales and Quota KPI then one would expect the following:
[LIST]
[*]"Mine Only" -- Show sales AND quota for ONLY the Sales Manager, i.e., the direct, personal sales and quota for the Sales Manager.
