Good/Bad/Ugly? - Advanced Job (Project) Tracking Module
Looking for feedback from those who've implemented this module.
We've been on NS since ’04. We have a Professional Services business unit, so we’ve been looking forward to this feature for some time. However, we had issues when we attempted to turn the module on 2 weeks ago. Has anyone else seen these same/similar results:
- Each of our Saved Searches and Reports which had Customer : Job as a Filter criteria were “broken” after AJT was turned on. (no workaround available). It appears we’d have to Edit/Correct dozens, maybe several hundred, Searches/Reports which pull Customer : Job criteria.
- AJT does not appear to provide "Actual" project profitability...it provides "estimated" project profitability, which is based on your budgeted hours, not your actual hours, on a project. This was the big feature we had been waiting for...are we missing something?
