This is a tough one!
We are doing everything we can to track our web sales using NS. We have the marketing package, and we can get almost everything we need except...
A good portion of our customers come to our site and then want to finish the purchase over the phone. The problem is there is no way to track how the custom came to our site (which search engine or website referred them) so our keyword and partner reports are incomplete. Does anyone have any ideas?
