Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Cases can't be linked to Transactions ??
Cases have some great features (can keep multiple people & customer easily in the loop, easy to see case history, etc).
The one thing that is keeping us from implementing them (and keeping us continuing to use tasks - which have their own drawbacks) is the fact that you can't link a case to a transaction, like you can a task. The fact that you can click on the task and immediately go to the transaction in question rules supreme, and outshadows the other benefits of the case.
Linking to items and issues is OK, but isn't as useful by a longshot as linking to transactions.
