How to inform the sales rep of a new lead record

Help new to netsuite and my boss has asked me to learn asap.....
from what i cansee i need toset up some sort of script....

here is the idea
--------
customer enters our enquiry form web page on http://www.********.co.uk/enquiry.htm and submits a enquiry. This automatically creates a new lead record in Netsuite with the source setting of “Web” and the Sales Rep record is auto assigned to the correct sales guy. These are the ones we need to be informed about automatically.

As i said "I know nothing" on how to do this, all/any help would be great
