Tracking Line Item Changes in System Notes
Am I missing something, or do System Notes on sales orders not track changes to line items on the sales order?
The issue we are having is that some people internally are claiming that a particular line item was on a sales order and that it must have been deleted at some point because it is no longer there. I look at System Notes on the sales order and there is no record of it having been added/deleted at any time. I then do a test by adding a line and looking at the System Notes, and there is no record at all--not even a record that I made any change to the sales order. Now, the "Last Modified" date on
