Promo Code for Free shipping / Multiple Promo codes

Any plans for NetSuite to release a "free shipping" promo code?  I know this was a hot topic a few months ago but I haven't seen any results from it and can't seem to find an enhancement request to vote for.  It could be that it has been released and I just can't find it...... any direction would be appreciated.

Also, is there anyway to have the ability to have multiple promo codes on an order??  Like I've mentioned before, our marketing director gets pretty creative with his marketing ideas and I am just trying to find a way to make it all work (WITHOUT SCRIPTING). He wants to offer 2% off and free shipping for on-line orders but only for certain price level customers so both of these have to be handled by a promo code and I can't combine both into one (at least not that I am aware of...)
