Need help with Sales Report

Has anyone done a custom report to get Sales by Customer for 3-5 years ?  Basically what I'd like to see is:

Cust   Current Yr  2006   2005   2004  2003   Sales Rep

Then I could sort by Sales Rep as well ?

I tried customizing the Sales by Customer Summary but it doesn't give you prior years history.......

Any help would be appreciated.
