Add a link to Customer Centre

We have a customer centre created for support only. We also have an externally hosted knowledge base package and I want to add a centre link to the customer centre so customers can access that information. I have created a centre link in Netsuite but cannot find anywhere in the role to allow me to add the link to the customer centre we are using.

What am I doing wrong?
