How to detect subscription status (email newsletters)?
Hello,
I am setting up NetSuite for email newsletters. How does one distinguish the records that are subscribed from those that are not?
My contact group is based on a Saved Search. The Saved Search allows me to select "Campaign Response Fields..." and then "Subscription". I then select the appropriate Subscription Group. Unfortunaltely, this gives me an empty result, eventhough for some contacts the corresponding subscription group is definately checked. I guess this is not the way to go.
My approach is to create a Custom Field with two values: subscribe and unsubscribe. The online form operates on this field and the Save Search looks at this field.
