Best Way to Merge Duplicates: Set Newest Record as Master? Or Disaster?
What's the best rule to follow when merging duplicates? (I read all of the relevant Netsuite help documentation)
Consider 2 records with web access:

1st we need to check that they have access to the SAME website (if you have the multi-site module)

2nd we need to make sure the most recently modified/accessed record's password passes into the newly merged record!
In that case, I'd need to "merge duplicates into record with most recent activity".
Previously, we've followed this set of rules to merge duplicates:

Select Master on the record that is older / more complete.

Select Duplicate on the new record
