Help understanding Email marketting
Hi,
we have recently done a email marketting. we created a group with a total of 4832 recipients. It has been almost 1 week since we sent out the email campaign. When we check the reports it is showing that 3313 emails have been sent and couple of them bounced. A total of around 1000 have been missing. When I check the status of few emails they are defined as "queued". Its been almost 1 week and we cannot figure out what happened to those 1000 mails.It would be great if any can help us in figuring out what happened to those 1000 emails.
