Mailchimp for email marketing?

Wondering if anyone uses Mailchimp for their email marketing?  We are having a hard time setting up the NS campaigns.  Time is a factor with only 3 employees.  Mailchimp looks simple to use.

Also, if using, is it easy to import/export data?
