Best Practice? Sales Reps are also leaders

My situation:

John
Jane (is sales person and also supervisor (player/coach)
Bob

What is the best way to give Jane the access she needs to view John and Bob's activities and customer contacts but yet allow the team reporting etc. to clearly show what Jane did as a sale rep but also how the team is doing.

I have tried a few different methods and can't seem to find the perfect solution.  Anyone dealt with this also?
