Contact list format changed in Cases since 2012.2
Hello all,
In the Support Case there is the standard NetSuite field that allows selection of a contact. Before the upgrade of 2012.2 this used to be a drop down list which would allow the user to click to the right of the list (arrow pointing down icon) and a single list with a scroll bar would appear with all the clients contacts. Now, after the weekend the contact field is a search box (2 right pointing chevrons) which makes the user have to go in an select list icon in order to show the contacts in a list. Was this a
