Assigning Lead Source based on a promo code

We are putting into place a system for price matching on our website whereby our service reps generate a promo code for each customer that wants to place an order on our website that is price matched to a competitor.

I'd like to set Lead Source on the Sales Order to 'Price Match'.  I might be missing something simple, but as far as I can see, no simple way to link a promo code usage to a Lead Source?
