Searching E-mail Messages and Notes on Cases
Hi,
We've recently implemented NetSuite and are struggling to provide our support staff with a good way to text search user notes and messages. We use case history as an internal knowledge base so our staff relies heavily on historical case detail and resolution to help them troubleshoot and fix issues relating to the products we support. The problem is that after only three months of using NetSuite our "contains" searches are timing out.
Does anyone have a solution or workflow they can recommend? How are is your organization dealing with this?
