Promo on Web Store: Buy x, Get y

Hello all,

I've created a promo for (buy 1 x t-shirt, get 1 x scarf) for our web store however on the web store it is not working correctly. For example:

Customer buys 1 x t-shirt, 1 x trouser but gets 2 scarf free even though the saved search criteria is set to be free scarf for t-shirts only.

Is there a formula i can do on the item/transaction field? ie if quantity of the t-shirt is x amount then scarf quantity must be the same.
