Spaces in link URL's

Hello! I wonder if any one can help? We're attempting to send an email marketing campaign. The online form that I have created has a hidden field, i.e. Customer, on it that we'd like populated by the URL sent via email.

Unfortunately, if the company name has a space in it the URL breaks as the mail merge doesn't replace the space with %20 as required. For example the URL sent in the email reads; ..&custentitysurveycustomer=ABD Limitied. To work this needs to read; ..&custentitysurveycustomer=ABC%20Limited.

How do I get around this limitation? There's probably an easy solution but I can't find it!
