Online form with Auto-Reply email
Hope someone can give me some hints:
A customer online form is attached with an Auto-Reply email template. Whenever the form is submitted, the Auto-Reply will send to the customer who submit the form.
So far, the Auto-Reply email is always sent out under customer's sales rep email address, and I have not found a way to change the sender of the Auto-Reply. Is it the default that the sender has to be the paticular customer's sales rep? Or are there somewhere in NetSuite I can change to a different sender?
