Sales Rep Field & Creating Other Record Types Through Online Forms
Hi,
I have a few questions around using online customer forms:
1. I've been told by NetSuite that it isn't possible to directly supply the sales rep I want to assign to a new lead generated through an online form, that you have to go through the rules and territories to do this. My problem is if we do this then we could potentially end up with dozens of rules and territories to actively manage on top of the employee records for each sales rep who will be entering leads through the online form. Has anyone found a way of setting the sales rep field on a lead at the point
