Assigning marketing subscription during online form submissions

I see how we can set up our online form to ask the user which subscriptions they'd like to sign up for, but how can I do the reverse?  We want to automatically opt-in people that sign up for our newsletter on our website (if they are clicking "sign up for our newsletter" on the website, they are already giving us permission to send the newsletter!).  The only option I see is to add the subscription field and it will ask the user. 

I want the form to automatically populate opt-in for subscription = newsletter when they submit the form.  How can this be done?
