Email Recipients Missing from Group
I'm trying to send an email template to a group. I created a saved search that identified 16 customers that should receive the email. I created a dynamic group using that saved search, and the group showed 16 customers. When I went to perform the bulk merge, however, it showed only 2 of the 16 as scheduled to receive the email.
I went back and manually added all 16 to a static group, but still showed only 2 of 16 in the bulk mail merge.
I can't find any difference between the customers who appear in the bulk merge and those who don't. Has anyone run into this? Any fields that could be screening out 14 of 16 customers from the mail merge?
