Emails rejected because thought spam
We are having more and more trouble with emails generated from NetSuite getting treated as Spam and never reaching the intended recipient email box or even the recipient's junk email box. The service provider of the recipient is blocking them.
The most recent was a scheduled report that normally gets delivered to one of our employees. It was rejected by our email service provider on Sunday. It says the IP address 167.216.129.171 was listed at www.spamhaus.org but I did not find it there this morning. The sending server was nmail3.netsuite.com. How do we keep this from happening?
