Replying to email from within NetSuite
I very often have customers and vendors email me directly, which lands in my Outlook mailbox. Because we're not using NetSuite/Outlook integration (due to cost and bugginess), I have to find the customer record in NetSuite, click Messages>Attach, and attach the message this way.
It would be simply awesome if, while looking at a message attached to a customer record, I could click a "Reply" button and reply from NetSuite, ensuring that the conversation would then have valid reply addresses so the customer's reply goes directly back into NetSuite.
Is this a feature request yet? Anyone know of a more streamlined way to handle this?
