Emailing Employees on Transaction Record
Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone had an answer to this quandry of mine.
We would like to use the transaction message log as a means of communication internally when there are issues with transactions. When we go in and try to email within the transaction, I notice that the only available people to send the email to are the contacts listed for the customer on the transaction. Is there anyway for me to expose the employees for the company there such that I am able to mediate the discussion on there? I imagine I should be using the case management to manage issues but in most cases it would be too much of
