Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Individuals w/ no middle names cause blanks
Empty middle initials seem to become part of customer names.
For example, suppose I have a customer record individual name "John Doe" with first name "John" and last name "Doe". We have auto numbering ID's for our customer records, so assume for the moment that this is ID# C1234. The name that is built to go with this ID is not "C1234 John Doe" as one would expect, but actually "C1234 John Doe" (with two spaces between first and last name; the second space may not be evident as the HTML rendering makes one invisible).
It seems like the empty middle name (which I've verified in the UI is indeed empty) none-the-less generates an additional space in the name. This isn't simply a GUI issue either; when exporting CSV/XLS from the UI, the additional spaces are present.
