Prospect Import "Unparseable Internal Id" for Custom Multiselect Field
Hi All,
I am trying to import a bunch of ACT records as prospects and contacts. I have been slowing working through the bugs but the proper mapping of a multislect field has me stumped. The Doc's say
[INDENT]Delimiters for Hierachical and Multi-Select Fields
When importing records that contain hierarchical relationships, use a colon “:” as the field delimiter. If relationships are multi-tiered, place a colon between each record and subrecord. Place a space between each value and each delimeter.
If there is a hierarchy in a user interface dropdown, then the CSV file requires the colon delimeter, even if a colon does not display in the UI dropdown.
